We deliver to every province in South Africa — and to 28 countries beyond it. Wherever you are, you order the same way, you pay the same price for the hair, and your parcel is tracked from our door to yours.

Free delivery on orders over R1400

Standard delivery is free anywhere in South Africa on orders of R1400 or more. Most of our wigs are above that, so most orders ship free — to Eastern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Northern Cape, and Western Cape.

Where we deliver

All nine provinces: Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and the Northern Cape.

That includes Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, East London, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Mbombela, Rustenburg, Kimberley, Pietermaritzburg and the smaller towns in between. If you are not near a major centre, we still deliver — it may simply add a day or two.

We also ship internationally, including to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, the Czech Republic, the UAE, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

How long it takes

Two things make up the total: how long we take to prepare your order, and how long the courier takes to reach you.

Preparation

• Ready-to-ship wigs: 1 business day
• Customised wigs (colouring, bleached knots, styling or other custom work): 2 business days, depending on what you have asked for

Courier, once dispatched

• Gauteng: 1–2 business days
• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Remote and outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates and can shift with courier operations, weather or public holidays.

If your order is time-sensitive — a wedding, a shoot, a matric dance — message us on WhatsApp at +27 75 859 5680 before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.

Tracking your order

We courier with The Courier Guy, and every parcel is tracked. Once your order is dispatched we send you a tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and you can follow it yourself at the Courier Guy tracking page. If tracking has not moved for more than a day, message us and we will chase it.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delays, and redelivery after a failed attempt may carry an additional charge.

Collect in Johannesburg

If you are in or near Johannesburg and would rather collect, you are welcome at our store at Dragon City Mall, Park Drive, Fordsburg. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a time and to confirm the unit you want is in stock before you travel.

Returns and exchanges

Hair is a hygiene product, so like most hair businesses we cannot accept returns or exchanges on units that have been worn, washed, cut, dyed, customised or altered. Please be sure of your length, texture and colour before you order — and if you are not sure, ask us first. We would genuinely rather talk you into the right unit than process the wrong one.

If something is wrong, we fix it. We accept returns where the incorrect product was supplied, the product arrived damaged, or there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at nolwazimbali01@gmail.com or on WhatsApp, with your order number, clear photographs of the product and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Customised wigs cannot be cancelled or returned once customisation has begun, except where the item is defective or the wrong product was supplied. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
